Dinesh D'Souza Releases Book Connecting Archaeology to Bible's Historical Validity

Author and commentator Dinesh D'Souza has released his latest book, "The Stones Cry Out: Biblical Archaeology, Prophecy and the Last Days." The work examines how archaeological discoveries in the Middle East and new fieldwork in Turkey, including debates over Noah's Ark's potential resting place, impact the understanding of the Bible's historical validity.

D'Souza spent three years researching the subject, collaborating with archaeologists and scholars following an inspirational visit to Israel. The book aims to correct common misconceptions and present evidence supporting the historical basis of biblical narratives. It is published by Charisma House.

The book delves into several prominent archaeological sites and controversies. These include the First Temple in Jerusalem and the reign of King Solomon, discoveries related to the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, evidence from Egypt and the land of Israel concerning the Exodus, the collapsed walls of Jericho, and the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus.

The book offers readers an interactive experience of excavations and biblical locations through its accompanying videos. A companion documentary by D'Souza, produced in partnership with PragerU, is also available online to further explore the book's themes.
