Paris – Dior and UNESCO celebrated the fifth edition of the Women@Dior & UNESCO Global Conference on July 3, 2025, at UNESCO headquarters in Paris. This event marked a significant milestone in a partnership focused on empowering young women globally through education and mentorship.

The program centers on mentoring, knowledge sharing, and training, with participants including figures from Dior, the LVMH group, UNESCO, and professionals from art, business, and sports. Young female talents supported by Women@Dior, known as Mentees, shared their personal journeys alongside their mentors, highlighting the strength found in collective support and solidarity.

Speakers at the conference included Audrey Azoulay, Director-General of UNESCO; Delphine Arnault, President and CEO of Christian Dior Couture; and Olivier Sastre, Deputy Managing Director of Christian Dior Couture. They emphasized the importance of preparing new generations for the challenges of a changing world. Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, LVMH Group HR Director, and Stefania Giannini, UNESCO's Assistant Director-General for Education, discussed education's role in women's empowerment and institutional responsibility in building a more equitable future.

A key feature of this year's conference was the presentation of "Dream for Change" projects developed by five international Mentee teams, showcasing the program's tangible impact on local communities. Two initiatives were selected by public vote, demonstrating the event's inclusive approach. Through this initiative, Dior and UNESCO reaffirm their commitment to fostering a more equitable future where young women can act as agents of change.
