3 November 2026

DiRAD Technologies has expanded its customer experience suite with the launch of DiVA, an autonomous virtual agent powered by artificial intelligence. The platform is designed to handle high-volume, routine customer service inquiries across multiple channels, aiming to reduce the operational burden on human staff.

The company stated that the tool allows organizations to build and manage automated workflows without requiring extensive developer resources or complex programming. This feature is intended to lower technical barriers for departments looking to implement self-service options.

According to DiRAD Vice President John Michne, the technology serves as a solution for government agencies and other entities facing budget constraints while requiring 24/7 service availability. The software is compatible with existing contact center infrastructure and is currently available for deployment.
