Dircks Moving & Logistics expands Phoenix industrial footprint to over 1 million square feet

Dircks Moving & Logistics finalized a lease agreement in October 2026 for a 337,897-square-foot industrial facility located at 7210 W. Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona. This expansion brings the company’s total industrial holdings in the Phoenix area to more than 1 million square feet, with operations at the new site scheduled to begin in the first quarter of 2027.

The commercial real estate advisory firm Keyser represented Dircks in the lease negotiations. Matt Dircks, president and CEO of the logistics company, indicated that the firm sought strategic guidance to manage its growing real estate footprint.

The Phoenix industrial market is currently experiencing an adjustment phase characterized by an influx of new construction. Industry analysts note that this surplus in supply has shifted leverage toward tenants, as landlords compete more aggressively for occupants. This environment allows companies to secure more favorable lease terms and increased operational flexibility as they scale.
