Disney+ and Vidio Launch Streaming Bundle in Indonesia

Disney+ and Indonesia-based streaming platform Vidio have launched a bundled offering in Indonesia, effective October 1. The package combines Disney+ Standard with Vidio Ultimate All Screen.

The new offering brings together international entertainment, ESPN sports programming via Disney+, and Vidio's live TV service and sports rights. These include access to the Premier League, UEFA Champions League, and BRI Super League.

Additionally, Vidio users with active subscriptions will receive a selection of episodes from Disney+ titles such as "Flex X Cop S2" and "Sofia the First". Disney+ subscribers will gain access to a selection of Vidio's original series and local Indonesian soap operas, known as "sinetron".

The partnership comes as Disney signals plans to rebrand Disney+ Hotstar as Disney+ in Indonesia. This move also follows a similar bundling strategy in Asia, where Disney previously launched a package with Hulu Japan.
