DJI Agriculture Offers Free Repairs for Drones in Flood Disaster Relief
DJI Agriculture has announced complimentary repair services for its agricultural and cargo drones damaged during volunteer rescue operations in the recent Guangxi floods.

DJI Agriculture, a division of drone manufacturer DJI, is offering free repair services for its agricultural and cargo drones that sustained damage while participating in volunteer rescue efforts during the recent major floods in China's Guangxi region. The company confirmed this policy after details circulated online.
The initiative, which began on July 8, 2023, covers a range of DJI Agriculture and DJI Cargo drone models. To qualify for the free repairs, users must provide evidence of their participation in the rescue operations, such as flight records or logs, and report the affected drone. The duration of the service will be tied to the official end of the disaster relief efforts.
Authorized DJI Agriculture service centers in affected areas, such as one in Hengzhou City, Nanning, have extended their operating hours to 24/7 to accommodate the urgent needs of rescue teams. These centers are prepared to conduct immediate repairs and maintenance, even overnight, to ensure that drones can be quickly returned to service for ongoing relief work.
Staff at these service centers reported that numerous rescue personnel have already brought in damaged drones. Some units have suffered significant damage following crashes or operational incidents. The service teams are working around the clock to inspect, maintain, and repair the equipment, ensuring its readiness for critical flood control and rescue missions.
