Solar manufacturer DMEGC Solar has been named to S&P Global Energy's 2026 list of Tier 1 Cleantech Companies. The designation recognizes top clean technology providers based on a defined methodology.

JINHUA, China โ July 10, 2026 โ DMEGC Solar, a global solar product manufacturer, has been included in S&P Global Energy's annual 2026 list of Tier 1 Cleantech Companies. This recognition highlights providers across solar PV, energy storage, and wind power who meet a specific six-point criteria.
S&P Global Energy's assessment evaluates companies on metrics including market presence, cumulative shipments, annual market share, company size, global production diversification, and financial performance, alongside sustainability factors. The companies considered are selected from the top 30 in each technology category based on the previous year's global delivery figures.
The Tier 1 designation aims to help clean technology providers differentiate themselves in a competitive market and offers guidance to developers and investors seeking companies with proven track records. DMEGC Solar's inclusion reinforces its standing, as it is also recognized as Tier 1 by BNEF and SMM. The company operates six production sites across China and Indonesia, with a combined annual capacity of 23 GW for cells and 21 GW for modules, and has delivered over 80 GW globally.
Notably, S&P Global Energy's "Tier 1 Cleantech Companies" classification is the first supplier ranking in the industry to incorporate sustainability as a key criterion. DMEGC Solar has demonstrated this commitment through its EcoVadis Gold medal and its achievement of CO2 neutrality per ISO 14068. The company's financial stability, indicated by a solid Altman Z-score and low debt ratio, provides confidence in its long-term warranty commitments.
