DMEGC Solar, a global solar manufacturer, has been named a Tier 1 Clean Tech Company for 2026 by S&P Global Energy. This designation places the company among leading providers in the clean energy sector.
The S&P Global Energy Tier 1 list is compiled using a six-criterion methodology that evaluates factors such as market share, production scale, financial health, and sustainability practices. DMEGC Solar's inclusion signifies its adherence to these demanding standards.
The company reported a production capacity of 23 GW for solar cells and 21 GW for modules last year, with cumulative global shipments exceeding 80 GW. DMEGC Solar operates six manufacturing facilities across China and Indonesia.
This recognition also highlights DMEGC Solar's commitment to sustainability. The company has achieved the EcoVadis Gold Medal and organizational carbon neutrality according to ISO 14068, with its factories operating on zero carbon emissions.
