DNB Bank ASA Completes Share Buy-back Program
DNB Bank ASA has concluded its share buy-back program announced on July 14, 2026. The bank repurchased nearly 9.6 million shares for approximately NOK 2.95 billion.

DNB Bank ASA has completed its share buy-back program that was announced on July 14, 2026. The bank announced today the official conclusion of the program.
During the program, DNB purchased a total of 9,508,388 own shares, which equates to 0.66 percent of the company's shares. The total consideration for these repurchases was NOK 2,953 million. The average price paid per share was NOK 310.54.
Following these buy-backs, DNB now owns a total of 19,016,776 own shares, representing 1.32 percent of the company's total shares. The bank will submit a proposal for the cancellation of these shares to the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
At the same meeting, a proposal will also be made to redeem 9,796,520 shares. Further details regarding this proposal will be disclosed later.
