DNB Bank ASA continues its share buy-back programme, initiated on July 14, 2026. The programme aims to repurchase up to 1.0 percent of the company's shares.

DNB Bank ASA is continuing its share buy-back programme, which was announced on July 14, 2026. The programme is designed to repurchase a maximum of 1.0 percent of the company's outstanding shares, totaling 14,406,648 shares.
As part of this initiative, DNB intends to purchase up to 9,508,388 shares on trading venues by October 16, 2026. A proposal to cancel these repurchased shares will be submitted at the next Annual General Meeting.
Furthermore, at the same meeting, a proposal will be put forward to redeem the remaining shares, up to 4,898,260, from the Norwegian Government, represented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (NFD). This ongoing programme is part of DNB's capital management strategy.
