DNB Bank ASA has provided an update on its share buy-back program following week 36 of 2026. The program commenced in July.

DNB Bank ASA has updated the status of its share buy-back programme as of week 36 in 2026. The bank initiated the programme on July 14, 2026, aiming to repurchase up to 1.0 percent of the company's outstanding shares, equating to 14,406,648 shares.
As part of the programme, DNB intends to purchase up to 9,508,388 shares on trading venues by October 16, 2026. A proposal to cancel these repurchased shares will be submitted to the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Furthermore, the same meeting will consider a proposal to redeem the remaining shares, up to 4,898,260 shares, from the Norwegian Government, represented by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (NFD).
