DocSolid and Element Partner on Cloud Digitization for NetDocuments Law Firms
DocSolid and Element Technologies have partnered to deliver cloud-based document digitization for law firms utilizing NetDocuments.
DocSolid, a provider of cloud-based digitization solutions for law firms, and Element Technologies, a legal IT services firm, have announced a partnership aimed at modernizing law firm document management systems.
Through this collaboration, Element will offer DocSolid's Airmail2® Cloud solution to its clients. This service converts paper documents and inbound mail into securely managed digital records that are directly filed into NetDocuments. The initiative seeks to ensure that all firm data is centrally and securely accessible, even when initially received in physical format.
The partnership addresses the ongoing challenge law firms face with paper documents arriving even as their document management moves to the cloud. Without a streamlined digitization process, these documents remain outside the official record, potentially slowing workflows and diminishing the full benefits of a cloud DMS investment.
DocSolid's Airmail2 Cloud is built on Microsoft Azure and holds SOC 2 Type 2 compliance. The solution integrates with leading cloud document management platforms like NetDocuments, iManage, and Microsoft SharePoint, eliminating the need for on-premises IT infrastructure. Element will now provide this integrated service to its customer base.
