DoGo Power Expands to Mali with Grid-Forming Energy Storage

DoGo Power has officially expanded its operations into the Republic of Mali, introducing Grid-Forming energy storage solutions for commercial and industrial (C&I) applications, as well as utility-scale power stations. The launch in Bamako occurred on September 7, 2026.

The solutions are intended to advance Mali's energy transition and enhance grid stability. Grid-Forming technology allows energy storage systems to actively participate in grid management and frequency regulation, which is significant in regions where grid stability can be a challenge.

According to DoGo Power, the company is following a long-term localization strategy in Mali. This suggests plans to integrate operations locally, potentially creating jobs and supporting the local economy.

The expansion into Mali is part of DoGo Power's broader objective to bring advanced energy storage solutions to new markets, addressing the growing demand for stable and reliable energy sources, particularly in developing economies.
