DoGo Power Showcases Grid-Forming ESS in Ukraine
DoGo Power is presenting its smart grid-forming Energy Storage Systems (ESS) at the EcoEnergy Expo in Kyiv, strengthening its presence in Ukraine's commercial and industrial market.

DoGo Power showcased its smart grid-forming Energy Storage Systems (ESS) at the EcoEnergy Expo 2026 in Kyiv, a leading exhibition for renewable energy development in Eastern Europe. The company aims to deepen its presence in Ukraine's commercial and industrial (C&I) market by offering tailored technologies and products.
As Ukraine accelerates its energy transition and targets 1.5–2 GW of installed energy storage capacity by 2030, there is a growing demand for stable power supply, particularly in the agricultural sector. DoGo Power's grid-forming ESS platform, featuring deep integration of its EMS, PMS, PCS, and BMS with a three-layer architecture, provides millisecond-level response and seamless grid/off-grid switching.
The company's flagship 10-foot container unit offers a 1.672 MWh capacity, consolidating multiple ESS functions into a single, compact solution. This configuration reduces upfront capital costs and footprint while minimizing on-site labor and project timelines. The system can operate as a standalone microgrid, supporting various energy sources and ensuring reliable power.
During the expo, a seminar titled "Scenario-oriented + Grid-Forming + AI" explored applications for grid-forming storage in agriculture and grid stability. DoGo Power also announced cooperation agreements with three Ukrainian partners: the Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (IH NAAS), NotaTrade, and MIF. These agreements include the planned deployment of over 200 ESS units in the coming years to support research facilities and industrial clients.
