DoGo Power Showcases Smart Grid-Forming ESS at EcoEnergy Expo

DoGo Power presented its new intelligent Energy Storage System (ESS) with grid-forming capabilities at the EcoEnergy Expo 2026 in Kyiv. The showcased solutions are designed to meet Ukraine's growing demand for reliable and affordable green energy within the commercial and industrial sectors.

As Ukraine accelerates its energy transition and aims for 1.5–2 GW of installed energy storage capacity by 2030, stable electricity supply is crucial. This is particularly relevant for the country's agricultural sector, which relies on dependable power and distributed energy sources.

DoGo Power's ESS integrates four key components—EMS, PMS, PCS, and BMS—using a three-level architecture. This enables millisecond response times and seamless transitions between grid-connected and islanded modes. The system utilizes artificial intelligence to optimize energy dispatch and reduce operational and maintenance costs.

The 10-foot container solution for commercial and industrial applications reduces initial capital expenditure and space requirements compared to traditional setups. It can function as a standalone microgrid and supports multiple energy sources, allowing for scalability and reuse of existing assets.

During the event, DoGo Power also entered into cooperation agreements with the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine for the deployment of over 200 intelligent ESS units and with local firms NotaTrade and MIF. These agreements focus on delivering reliable ESS systems and ensuring comprehensive services covering the entire product lifecycle.
