Doku Names New CEO as Antom Deepens Investment

Indonesian payments fintech Doku announced on September 24, 2026, the appointment of co-founder Himelda Renuat as its new Chief Executive Officer and head of Antom Indonesia. This leadership change coincides with a deeper investment into Doku by Antom, the merchant payment and digitization services arm of Ant International.

The company has also been rebranded as "Doku by Antom," though it will continue to operate under its existing name and licenses. Chris Yeo, who previously served as Doku's CEO since 2022, will transition to lead Antom Philippines. This restructuring aims to integrate Doku more closely with Antom’s global merchant network and its Southeast Asian payment gateway subsidiary, 2C2P.

This expanded partnership builds upon an initial agreement from February 2026, which focused on accelerating digital payments and fintech innovation in Indonesia. The collaboration is expected to encompass cross-border payments, multi-currency services, and other financial tools for merchants, enhancing Doku's capabilities and market position.
