Dom Pérignon Releases Vintage 2015 Champagne with Jean-Michel Basquiat Art
Dom Pérignon has unveiled a Vintage 2015 special edition champagne in collaboration with the estate of Jean-Michel Basquiat. The release features three distinct bottle and gift box designs.

Champagne house Dom Pérignon has launched a special edition of its Vintage 2015, created in partnership with the estate of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. The release comprises three unique bottle presentations and accompanying gift boxes, each adorned with elements of Basquiat's artwork.
The special edition incorporates Basquiat's 1983 masterpiece, "In Italian." The Dom Pérignon shield logo is merged with Basquiat's iconic crown on the bottle's label, symbolizing a union of narratives and identities. This collaboration celebrates the art of "assemblage," a key principle in both Basquiat's oeuvre and Dom Pérignon's winemaking philosophy.
The three distinct gift boxes are designed to reveal segments of the painting as they are opened. The shield motif, present on both the boxes and the label, prominently features the 2015 vintage. Dom Pérignon has previously collaborated with notable artists and creative figures.
The Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 Special Edition reflects the house's ongoing practice of linking exceptional vintages with influential cultural figures. The partnership with Basquiat's estate underscores a shared emphasis on artistic fusion and meticulous craftsmanship.
