Domino's Pizza Appoints Two New Directors, Names Corie Barry Lead Independent Director

ANN ARBOR, Michigan – July 14, 2026 – Domino's Pizza, Inc. (Nasdaq: DPZ), the world’s largest pizza company, announced today the appointment of two new independent directors, Michael C. Creedon Jr. and Anneliese Olson, to its Board of Directors.

Additionally, Corie Barry has been elected Lead Independent Director of the Board. She succeeds Richard Federico, who will continue to serve as a member of the Board and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Creedon and Olson will join the Audit Committee.

Barry currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Best Buy Co., Inc. Creedon is the Chief Executive Officer of Dollar Tree, Inc., and Olson is the President of Imaging, Printing and Solutions at HP Inc. Their combined expertise in consumer and technology sectors is expected to strengthen the company's governance and strategic direction.

Domino's operates as the world's largest pizza company with more than 22,300 stores in over 90 markets. The company reported global retail sales exceeding $20.4 billion for the trailing four quarters ended March 22, 2026.
