Dongfeng Nissan reveals color options for upcoming NX7 SUV
Dongfeng Nissan has confirmed five exterior colors for its upcoming NX7 SUV. The plug-in hybrid model features LiDAR technology and urban autonomous driving support.
Dongfeng Nissan has announced the five exterior paint options for its upcoming NX7 model: purple, green, black, white, and gray. The vehicle is positioned as an intelligent plug-in hybrid SUV aimed at the younger consumer segment.
Detailed in regulatory filings earlier this year, the NX7 measures 4,785 mm in length, 1,932 mm in width, and 1,665 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,815 mm. The powertrain combines a 1.5-liter internal combustion engine with an electric motor capable of a peak output of 170 kW. Energy is stored in a 40.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack supplied by CATL.
A key technological feature of the NX7 is the integration of LiDAR hardware, which supports urban Navigation on Autopilot (NOA) capabilities. The manufacturer has also introduced three aerodynamically optimized wheel designs intended to reduce wind resistance and noise while improving overall energy efficiency.
The introduction of the NX7 marks a strategic move by Dongfeng Nissan to bolster its hybrid vehicle lineup amid intensifying competition in the domestic market.
