Dott Withdraws Written Procedure for Bonds, Launches New One
Mobility company Dott has withdrawn its ongoing written procedure for senior secured floating rate bonds due 2025/2029 and will launch a new one. The decision follows discussions with bondholders.

Mobility company Dott, formerly TIER Mobility SE, announced on July 24, 2026, that it is withdrawing its existing written procedure concerning its up to EUR 150,000,000 senior secured floating rate bonds maturing in 2025/2029. A new written procedure will be initiated as soon as finalized documentation is ready.
The company stated that the withdrawal follows discussions with bondholders representing over 50 percent of the adjusted nominal amount of the bonds. Changes to the terms of the written procedure necessitated the withdrawal of the current one.
Dott indicated that the terms and timeline for the new written procedure will be disclosed when the updated notice is distributed. Bondholders registered with Euronext Securities Oslo will receive the new notice. The outcome of the new procedure will be announced via press release.
