Doximity Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Stock Price Declines

Shareholder rights law firm Robbins LLP has filed a class action lawsuit against Doximity, Inc., a digital platform for medical professionals. The suit is on behalf of individuals and entities who purchased Doximity common stock between August 8, 2024, and May 13, 2026. The complaint alleges Doximity failed to disclose to investors that it was losing market share to competitors with more favorable pricing and engagement models.

The company is accused of overstating the impact of its Newsfeed product on revenue growth, claiming it was the largest revenue driver. In reality, Doximity allegedly relied heavily on banner ads and email newsletters, contrary to its public statements. The lawsuit contends that Doximity lost market share to competitors offering superior pricing and engagement strategies.

The legal action follows several significant drops in Doximity's stock price. In November 2025, the company expressed caution regarding advertising spending outlooks, leading to a 13% stock decline. In February 2026, Doximity lowered its full-year revenue guidance, causing a 17% drop. In May 2026, the company announced it missed its reduced revenue targets and projected significantly slower growth for the following fiscal year, resulting in a further 23% stock decrease and analyst downgrades.

Investors who suffered substantial losses during the specified period may be eligible to participate in the lawsuit. Robbins LLP is requesting that affected investors contact them before the November 16, 2026, lead plaintiff deadline. While not required to share in any potential recovery, serving as lead plaintiff allows representation of the class members' interests throughout the litigation.
