Doximity Inc. Sued for Securities Fraud

National shareholder rights litigation firm Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP has notified investors of a class action lawsuit against Doximity, Inc. (NYSE: DOCS) for securities fraud. The suit alleges the company violated securities laws by making false and misleading statements to investors between August 8, 2024, and May 13, 2026.

The complaint claims Doximity overstated the positive impact of its Newsfeed product on revenue growth. Furthermore, the company's market share allegedly suffered due to competitors' more favorable pricing and engagement models. Doximity is also accused of relying on banner ads and newsletters for advertisement delivery, contrary to its representations to investors.

The law firm is seeking investors who purchased DOCS shares during the class period and incurred losses to contact them regarding potential lead plaintiff appointments. Appointment as lead plaintiff is not required to participate in any recovery.

Interested shareholders are encouraged to contact Schall, Brown & Schwartz LLP by November 16, 2026, to discuss their rights. The class has not yet been certified.
