Dr. Bronner's Appears on RuPaul's Drag Race

Dr. Bronner's, a family-owned soap company, recently featured prominently in an episode of the reality competition series RuPaul's Drag Race. The company sponsored a "foam party drag" challenge, integrating its Magic Foam Experience into the show's programming.

During the episode, drag contestants participated in a foam-filled challenge, lip-syncing to a RuPaul song. The challenge was won by contestant Sam Star, who received a $25,000 cash prize sponsored by Dr. Bronner's. Company CEO David Bronner and Mia Bronner, senior manager of the Magic Foam Experience, were present for the event.

Beyond the on-air appearance, Dr. Bronner's used the platform to express solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community. Company CEO David Bronner stated the appearance was a meaningful opportunity to support LGBTQ+ rights during a period of political challenges. The company had previously sponsored episodes earlier in the season.

In addition to the show's sponsorship, Dr. Bronner's committed to donating $100,000 annually from 2026 to 2028 to the American Civil Liberties Union Foundation to support its LGBTQ+ rights advocacy. The company, with approximately $250 million in annual revenue, also highlighted its commitment through special Pride-themed product packaging.

Dr. Bronner's released a limited-edition cherry blossom soap bottle featuring the "Pride! Joy! Solidarity!" message for Pride Month. This seasonal item is scheduled for retail distribution at stores like Whole Foods during June and July.
