DraftKings faces investor investigation following revenue guidance revision
Law firm Levi & Korsinsky has launched an investigation into DraftKings Inc. after the company lowered its 2026 financial guidance three months after reaffirming it.

DraftKings Inc. (NASDAQ: DKNG) is under scrutiny from securities litigation firm Levi & Korsinsky following a downward revision of its fiscal 2026 revenue projections. The company adjusted its outlook on November 6, 2026, marking a significant change from the guidance maintained during its August 7 quarterly reporting.
The firm is investigating whether DraftKings provided misleading financial information to shareholders. The revised guidance, which cited a $650 million to $700 million investment into its 'Predictions' platform as a primary driver for the adjustment, has prompted questions regarding the company's fiscal transparency and internal forecasting accuracy.
Investors who purchased DKNG stock during the period between the August guidance reaffirmation and the November reduction are being targeted as part of the legal review. The investigation aims to determine if the company’s disclosures violated federal securities laws. DraftKings has not yet issued a formal response regarding the legal inquiry.
