Dress for Success to Honor Gloria Steinem at Women Who Inspire Luncheon

Dress for Success Worldwide announced it will hold its annual Women Who Inspire luncheon on September 30, 2026, at Tribeca Rooftop in New York City. The event's theme, "Rise Together," emphasizes collective progress in advancing women's economic mobility.

This year's event will feature a special tribute to Gloria Steinem, a renowned activist and writer. Steinem's decades of advocacy for equality and opportunities for women and girls have significantly influenced global movements and generations. The tribute will take place as part of a conversation with acclaimed actress Julianna Margulies and producer Amy Richards.

Margulies and Richards will discuss Steinem's enduring legacy and impact. Joanie Bily, CEO of Dress for Success Worldwide, highlighted Steinem's role as a strategic advisor whose leadership has inspired the organization's mission. The event aims to celebrate women who inspire others and the community that supports their advancement.

The luncheon will also recognize partner organizations contributing to women's economic empowerment. Funds raised will support Dress for Success programs offering professional development, financial literacy, and entrepreneurial training to women in 17 countries. Since its founding in 1997, the organization has supported over 1.5 million women globally.
