The companies dsb, MEXO, and Zenit X have announced the formation of SubPulse, a joint venture designed to centralize subscription and customer management services for publishers. Set to launch on January 1, 2027, the firm aims to serve approximately 80 publishing clients upon inception, supported by a staff of 40 across five locations.

The venture is evenly owned by the three founding partners. SubPulse will consolidate previously fragmented service lines, including accounts receivable, fulfillment, customer care, business analytics, and e-commerce. dsb will contribute its specific expertise in managed services to the new structure.

Technically, the company will operate on the Darwin CX 'fly by' platform, which integrates subscription management with finance, marketing, and reporting. The company plans to migrate all clients onto this unified system. Christian Süss and Andreas Koch have been appointed as managing directors.
