DTECH 2027 adds new summits on data center expansion and grid resilience

DTECH has announced the addition of two executive-focused summits to its 2027 event in Atlanta. Scheduled for March 4, 2027, the Data Center Leadership Summit and the Wildfire & Resiliency Strategy Summit will run alongside the main conference as part of an expanded program.

The new summits integrate previously separate, smaller events into the larger DTECH framework, allowing utility leaders, technology firms, and infrastructure developers to address grid capacity issues in a unified forum. The shift reflects a growing convergence between energy providers and the tech sector, driven by the significant power demands of AI and data center development.

The Data Center Leadership Summit will address the logistical and technical requirements for scaling digital infrastructure while maintaining grid stability. Simultaneously, the Wildfire & Resiliency Strategy Summit will focus on emergency preparedness and operational planning in response to increased climate-related threats to energy infrastructure.

Registration for both events will be available as an add-on to the main DTECH 2027 pass, signaling a broader push by the organization to facilitate cross-sector collaboration as utilities adapt to changing operational demands.
