DTiQ Launches AI Video Analytics Solution for Restaurant Operations

MARLBOROUGH, Mass. – DTiQ, a provider of intelligent video and operational intelligence solutions, has launched ACTIONiQ. This AI-powered video analytics solution is built for multi-location restaurant and quick-service restaurant operators to improve real-time operational tracking.

Multi-location restaurants often face incomplete or delayed visibility into daily operations. Reports may arrive after shifts, manual checks can miss recurring issues, and traditional video review typically happens only after a problem or incident. ACTIONiQ transforms existing camera infrastructure into a source of operational intelligence by analyzing customer flow, queue lengths, service speed, and staffing coverage.

"Restaurant teams are expected to deliver faster service and consistent execution without real-time visibility across locations," explains JL Valente, CEO at DTiQ. "ACTIONiQ helps operators use the video infrastructure they already have to identify issues sooner, understand recurring patterns, and make better decisions."

ACTIONiQ adds AI-powered detection, configurable notifications, and operational measurement, enabling a shift from post-event video review to proactive action. The solution helps detect defined conditions, alert the right teams, measure recurring patterns, and use video-based insights to improve staffing decisions, coaching, and brand execution across locations.

ACTIONiQ will be generally available on October 1, 2026. It is offered as a standalone solution and as an upgrade path for existing DTiQ VIDEOiQ customers.
