Duni AB has finalized the composition of its nomination committee, which is tasked with preparing proposals for the company's 2027 Annual General Meeting. The committee is responsible for recommending the future composition of the board of directors and other governance matters.
The committee consists of Mikael Helmersson (Mellby Gård AB), Andreas Dahl (Carnegie Fonder), Jonas Backman (Protector Försäkring), and Thomas Gustafson, who serves as the chairman of the board. The appointments follow a resolution adopted at the 2026 Annual General Meeting.
The 2027 Annual General Meeting is scheduled to take place in Malmö on May 25, 2027. Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee are required to do so by April 5, 2027.
