DuraSeal appoints former news anchor Bill Leslie as spokesperson
DuraSeal has named retired television journalist Bill Leslie as its brand spokesperson as the exterior sealing firm expands its footprint across the Southeastern U.S.
Exterior sealing company DuraSeal Inc. has selected former WRAL-TV anchor Bill Leslie to serve as its spokesperson. The move coincides with the firm’s expansion across 11 regional markets in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
DuraSeal provides a silicone-based sealant for outdoor surfaces, including decks, fences, and driveways. The product is designed to penetrate materials to provide moisture resistance, distinct from traditional surface coatings. The company backs its applications with a 25-year transferable warranty.
Founder and owner Brad Halferty noted that the company sought an established figure whose reputation for reliability would align with their business model. Leslie, a member of the North Carolina Broadcasting Hall of Fame, stated that his decision to join the company followed an examination of customer feedback and the technical application process. Founded in 2021, the company continues to focus on regional market penetration in its service areas.
