DXC Technology has partnered with LangChain to develop and deploy agent-based AI solutions for critical enterprise IT environments. The collaboration focuses on DXC's OASIS platform, leveraging LangChain's technology for secure AI agent management.

Ashburn, Virginia – DXC Technology announced a partnership with AI company LangChain to advance the development and deployment of agent-based AI solutions within critical enterprise IT environments. The collaboration centers on DXC's OASIS platform, which utilizes LangChain's LangGraph and LangSmith technologies for managing and developing AI agents.
The DXC OASIS platform is currently being rolled out to 125 client environments across regulated industries. Its objective is to accelerate and improve the resolution of IT issues. Initial assessments indicate that OASIS has reduced resolution times by an average of 95% and achieved diagnostic accuracy rates of 92% or higher when validated against expert engineer assessments.
LangGraph provides an open-source framework for agent orchestration, including features for delegation, state management, and human-in-the-loop workflows. LangSmith offers tools for agent development, evaluation, and observability. Together, these technologies enable the secure deployment of AI agents in enterprise settings, incorporating the necessary governance and human oversight for critical operations.
According to DXC, this partnership combines advanced agent technology with enterprise IT operations expertise and governance. This integration aims to allow for the safe implementation of AI agents at enterprise scale. The solutions have already demonstrated significant improvements in problem-solving times, with incidents such as file system issues seeing resolution times reduced from hours to minutes.
