DXC and LangChain Enhance AI Agents for Mission-Critical IT Operations

DXC Technology is partnering with LangChain to advance agentic AI capabilities for mission-critical enterprise IT operations. The collaboration aims to build secure and governed AI agent systems, enabling more effective use of AI for tasks like system troubleshooting and resolution.

DXC's OASIS platform, built on LangChain's open-source LangGraph runtime, is already in production and scaling towards 125 customer environments across regulated industries. Across 500 measured use cases, OASIS has reduced resolution times by an average of 95% and achieved diagnostic accuracy of 92% or better.

The partnership facilitates the building, orchestration, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI agents. LangGraph provides the framework for agent orchestration and state management, while LangSmith supports agent development, evaluation, and observability. This integration into enterprise IT operations allows agents to respond to events, investigate issues in parallel, and involve human experts when necessary.

A key focus of the collaboration is ensuring governance and human oversight. OASIS ensures agents operate within defined authorities and that their actions are traceable. Furthermore, agents leverage customer-specific information and context, enhancing their ability to solve problems securely and efficiently at an enterprise scale.
