Dynamic Landscaping Targets 20% Growth After Acquisition
Syracuse, Indiana-based Dynamic Landscaping anticipates 20% growth in 2026, exceeding $3.2 million in revenue following a 2024 strategic acquisition.

Dynamic Landscaping, a Syracuse, Indiana-based landscaping company, is targeting 20% growth in 2026. This follows the company's 2024 acquisition of Lawn & Turf Landscaping, a Fort Wayne commercial maintenance firm with 65 years of operation. The combined entity now generates approximately $5.2 million in annual revenue with 65 employees.
The acquisition marked a shift for Dynamic Landscaping, which previously focused on residential projects. Expanding into commercial maintenance opened new market segments. The company plans to continue its acquisition strategy, aiming for three to five acquisitions annually, with a focus on Indiana and Ohio.
Future expansion plans include potential entry into the Indianapolis market and an acquisition in fertilization and irrigation services to complement its existing offerings. The company attributes its scaling success partly to adopting an Entrepreneurial Operating System.
Leadership development is also a key component of Dynamic Landscaping's strategy. The company has established a team where women hold several leadership roles, including crew leads and management positions. Owner Crystal Knafel stated the goal is to provide clear career paths for employees within the organization.
