Dynavox Group nominates committee for 2027 Annual General Meeting

Dynavox Group AB has established its Nomination Committee, responsible for preparing proposals for the upcoming 2027 Annual General Meeting.

Following principles adopted at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, the committee consists of representatives appointed by the company's largest shareholders. The Chair of the Board of Directors also serves as a co-opted member.

The appointed members are Gustaf Runius, representing SEB Funds AB; Alexander Togba, representing Ferd AS; and Joachim Spetz, representing Swedbank Robur Fonder. Gitte Pugholm Aabo, the Board Chair, is also a co-opted member.

Gustaf Runius has been appointed as the committee's chairman. The committee will begin its work in preparation for the 2027 AGM's agenda.
