Dyson GmbH has launched its new V16 Piston Animal Submarine, a cordless device engineered to perform both dry vacuuming and wet mopping. The company states the cleaner offers a solution for diverse household cleaning needs.
The V16 Piston Animal Submarine features an All Floor Cones Sense™ floor head that reportedly detects floor types and adjusts suction power accordingly. This aims to optimize cleaning performance on various surfaces, from hard floors to carpets.
For wet cleaning, the Submarine™ 2.0 attachment with a wet roller is included. Dyson says this component is designed for precise cleaning and removal of spills and stains on hard floors.
The vacuum is powered by Dyson's 900W Hyperdymium™ digital motor, which the company claims delivers up to 315 AW of suction power. A 7-cell lithium-ion battery provides up to 70 minutes of runtime.
Additionally, the cleaner incorporates a Dyson CleanCompactor™ bin that compresses dust and debris, reportedly allowing for up to 30 days of dirt to be contained before emptying.
