Dyson Unveils Camera-Equipped Toothbrush with Flossing Capability

Dyson is expanding its personal care product line with a new electric toothbrush equipped with an integrated camera and an automatic cleaning function for interdental spaces. The device, named CameraJet, is reportedly the first toothbrush to feature a camera unit within its brush head.
The CameraJet, priced at $499, streams real-time video from the user's mouth via Wi-Fi to a smartphone, allowing for intraoral inspection. The camera works in conjunction with an AI algorithm to detect and clean the gaps between teeth using mouthwash, thereby combining brushing and flossing actions.
The new toothbrush is available in two color options: ceramic blue and ceramic pink. Dyson's entry into the oral care market signifies the company's ongoing strategy to integrate technology into a wider range of everyday products.
Consumers can expect to begin using the CameraJet immediately following its release. The company's previous technological ventures have focused on areas such as hair care and air purification.
