DZ BANK AG announces pre-stabilisation notice for Euro Stability Mechanism
DZ BANK AG has been appointed as the stabilisation coordinator for the Euro Stability Mechanism's latest offering to ensure market price support.

DZ BANK AG has confirmed its role as the stabilisation coordinator regarding the latest financial offering by the Euro Stability Mechanism (ESM). The appointment involves overseeing the activities of designated stabilisation managers to manage price fluctuations during the initial phases of the issuance.
Stabilisation is a standard financial procedure used by underwriting banks to maintain price stability during the launch of new securities. By providing this oversight, the bank aims to mitigate potential volatility in the secondary market following the issuance.
In accordance with regulatory requirements, DZ BANK AG specified that this offering is not intended for distribution within the United States or any jurisdiction where such activity would be considered unlawful. Ralph Ockert has been identified as the primary contact point for the stabilisation process.
