DZ Bank confirms no stabilization activity for ESM securities
DZ Bank AG has announced that no stabilization measures were taken in connection with the recent offering of European Stability Mechanism securities.

DZ Bank AG announced that the stabilization managers involved in the recent offering of European Stability Mechanism (ESM) securities did not undertake any stabilization activities. The notice, issued in accordance with Article 3.2 (d) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, clarifies the bank's position regarding the trading activity following the securities offering.
Stabilization is a regulatory mechanism that allows banks to support the price of a newly issued security to prevent significant volatility. By confirming that no such intervention occurred, DZ Bank indicates that the ESM securities offering performed within normal market parameters without requiring price-stabilization support.
The bank explicitly stated that this information is not intended for distribution in the United States or any other jurisdiction where such activity would be considered unlawful. All administrative inquiries regarding the filing should be directed to Ralph Ockert.
