Arabian e& has introduced "Link and Earn" to its Smiles UAE loyalty program. This new card-linked offer proposition allows customers to accumulate Smiles points by spending with their linked payment cards at participating merchants throughout the United Arab Emirates.
The initiative aims to boost customer loyalty and provide a seamless way to earn rewards on everyday purchases. With Link & Earn, customers automatically receive points when using their connected cards, eliminating the need for manual receipt scanning or presenting loyalty cards at the point of sale.
Shyam Iyer, Director of Loyalty and Partnerships at e& UAE, described the rollout as a multi-faceted effort involving commercial agreements, technology integration, product design, and partner management. "This has been a long journey," Iyer stated.
The launch aligns with e&'s strategy to enhance its digital offerings and customer engagement. The company anticipates that Link & Earn will attract new users to the Smiles application and deepen the loyalty of its existing customer base.
