Her presentation, "From Pilot to Production: Scaling Lab Automation Without Breaking Compliance, Data Integrity, or Teams," will focus on the challenges of transitioning lab automation from pilot phases to full-scale production in regulated environments.
The session will explore the operational, compliance, and data integrity hurdles encountered when expanding automation beyond individual instruments. As systems become integrated with scheduling, LIMS, ELN, and other enterprise platforms, ensuring validated interfaces, audit-ready data practices, and change control becomes critical.
