E2E Networks Reports ₹44 Crore Profit in Q1, Revenue Triples YoY
AI cloud provider E2E Networks reported a net profit of ₹43.9 crore for the first quarter of FY27, marking a significant turnaround from a net loss in the same period last year. Revenue surged 3.3 times year-on-year.
AI cloud service provider E2E Networks announced a net profit of ₹43.9 crore for the first quarter of the fiscal year 2027. This represents a substantial recovery from a net loss of ₹2.8 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Sequentially, the profit increased sixfold from ₹6.4 crore in the prior quarter.
The company's operating revenue saw a dramatic increase, tripling year-on-year to ₹156.8 crore. On a quarter-on-quarter basis, revenue grew by 64%. Including other income amounting to ₹11.4 crore, E2E Networks' total income for the quarter reached ₹168.2 crore.
Total expenses for the period doubled compared to the same quarter last year, reaching ₹109.6 crore. Despite the rise in costs, the company achieved significant profitability improvements.
E2E Networks focuses on providing computing power and cloud solutions tailored for artificial intelligence and machine learning applications. The recent financial performance indicates strong market demand for specialized AI cloud infrastructure.
