Eagle Cloud, a provider of security solutions for AI agents, announced it has secured nearly RMB 100 million (approximately $14 million) in a Series B+ funding round. This latest financing round was completed just four months after its Series B funding.
The round was co-led by MTR Lab and Northern Light Venture Capital, with Voyagers Partners serving as the financial advisor. Eagle Cloud plans to allocate the capital towards expanding its enterprise security governance infrastructure, specifically designed for the growing landscape of AI agents. The company also intends to accelerate its international market expansion.
At the core of its offerings is the Yunshu platform, which features AIDR (AI Detection & Response). This system provides capabilities for AI discovery, definition, identification, enforcement, and measurement throughout the AI lifecycle.
The increasing adoption of AI within enterprises necessitates robust security frameworks. Eagle Cloud's funding aims to bolster its capacity to address these emerging challenges in AI governance and security.
