The company stated that these expanded capabilities will allow it to better support customers in finding optimal, custom HMI solutions. EAO plans to utilize the "Design Thinking" creative method to produce practical design mockups that can be tested early in the development process, leading to more refined prototypes.
This integration of design expertise is intended to improve both the development process and the final product design. EAO emphasizes that a product's success often depends on its ergonomics and usability, factors it aims to optimize through this enhanced focus.
