Founded on August 10, 1947, by Kurt Loosli Senior and René A. Thalmann as Elektro-Apparatebau Olten, the company has evolved into a significant global player.
Today, EAO employs approximately 600 people across four production sites worldwide. The company also maintains a broad international network, comprising ten sales companies and over 50 specialized agencies. This extensive global presence allows EAO to provide localized expertise and support to its customers across various industries.
