EASA commissions DitaExchange for new data architecture

The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) has commissioned DitaExchange to develop an advanced data architecture for its eRules platform. DitaExchange became part of the Wirtek Group in August 2026.

The project will render European aviation regulations machine-readable at the individual rule item level. This contract marks the first order confirmed for DitaExchange since its acquisition by Wirtek.

EASA publishes European aviation law as "Easy Access Rules," which consolidate regulations and associated soft law into a single source for industry compliance.

This commission represents a significant development for Wirtek following the acquisition and highlights DitaExchange's ongoing role in supporting regulatory compliance within the aviation sector.
