Eastern Lift Truck Co. Expands Forklift Operations in New Jersey
Forklift dealer Eastern Lift Truck Co. has opened a new 40,000-square-foot facility in Piscataway to enhance service and maintenance capacity for regional logistics providers.
Eastern Lift Truck Co. has relocated its Piscataway operations to a renovated 40,000-square-foot facility at 281 Centennial Ave. The expansion is designed to address the maintenance needs of warehouses and freight distributors situated along major logistics corridors, including Interstate 287 and the New Jersey Turnpike.
The new facility provides increased floor space for the repair shop, expanded parts inventory, and dedicated conference areas. Furthermore, construction is underway for a 20,000-square-foot addition to the site. Once completed, this space will house a customer experience center intended to showcase material handling equipment and technology solutions.
Since becoming an authorized Hyster dealer in 2015, the company has grown its workforce to over 100 professionals. With its Piscataway and Montville branches, Eastern Lift Truck Co. covers 12 counties in New Jersey, along with sections of New York State. This facility upgrade is intended to improve response times for equipment service in a high-traffic industrial region.
