Eastnine has finalized the purchase of the 40-storey office property, The Bridge, located in Warsaw. The transaction was valued at an underlying property value of EUR 285 million.
The acquisition positions Warsaw as Eastnine's largest market. The company anticipates that profit from property management per share will increase by 18 percent to EUR 0.36 once all tenants have occupied their spaces, a process expected to conclude by the end of 2027.
The Bridge, a recently constructed 174-meter-tall office building, is situated in the core of Warsaw's expanding central business district. It is located just 500 meters from Eastnine's existing Warsaw holdings. This move significantly expands Eastnine's real estate portfolio in the Polish capital.
