Eastnine has entered into an agreement to acquire the 40-story office property The Bridge in Warsaw from Ghelamco for an underlying property value of EUR 300 million. The transaction is contingent upon financing and is anticipated to close during the fourth quarter of 2026.
This acquisition is set to establish Warsaw as Eastnine's largest market. The company projects that the deal will increase its profit from property management per share by 20 percent, bringing it to EUR 0.37.
The Bridge is a newly developed, 174-meter-tall office property situated in the heart of Warsaw's rapidly expanding central business district. Its strategic location is expected to facilitate access to a key commercial hub.
