EC European Capital RTO 1 AB has delayed the release of its third-quarter 2026 financial report to November 30.
EC European Capital RTO 1 AB is rescheduling the publication of its interim report for the third quarter of 2026. Originally slated for October 30, 2026, the report covering the period from January 1 to September 30, 2026, will now be released on November 30, 2026.
The postponement follows the company’s ongoing efforts regarding the reverse takeover of ION-GAS GmbH. EC European Capital RTO 1 entered into a letter of intent for this transaction on September 29, 2026.
The delay reflects the administrative demands associated with the pending acquisition. The company maintains that the financial report will be issued on the rescheduled date at the end of November.
