EC Healthcare and China Medical System Sign Collaboration Deal for Aesthetic Medicine
Hong Kong-based EC Healthcare and China's China Medical System (CMS) have signed a strategic memorandum of understanding for collaboration in aesthetic medicine. The agreement focuses on product distribution, marketing, and training.

Hong Kong's largest non-hospital medical group, EC Healthcare, and China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) have announced a strategic collaboration aimed at enhancing the aesthetic medical industry. The memorandum of understanding is designed to leverage the strengths of both companies.
The partnership will initially establish an aesthetic medical marketing center in Hong Kong. This center will handle the distribution and marketing of aesthetic medications and related products. Additionally, the companies plan to create an aesthetic medical training and education platform for registered practitioners and explore the formation of a nationwide aesthetic medical doctor partnership business platform.
EC Healthcare will contribute its digital marketing system, network of registered practitioners, and market influence. CMS will provide its medication resources from its research and development platform and distribution rights for aesthetic medications in Hong Kong. The collaboration aims to combine CMS's extensive network of medical practitioners with EC Healthcare's expertise in aesthetic medical education.
The companies stated that this initiative addresses the growing demand for high-quality, compliant aesthetic medical services in China and the shortage of skilled professionals. The collaboration is expected to drive the commercialization of aesthetic medical products and standardize services within the industry.
